Job Overview:

We’re looking for a motivated and personable In-Home Sales Consultant to join our Lexington team. In this role, you’ll meet with homeowners to evaluate their exterior renovation needs—including siding, roofing, windows, and more. The ideal candidate brings a solid background in home improvement, excellent communication skills, and a consultative approach to help customers make confident, informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit clients’ homes to assess their exterior renovation needs.
  • Conduct thorough consultations to understand client goals and preferences.
  • Educate homeowners on products, services, and project benefits.
  • Measure and inspect exterior areas, then prepare accurate estimates.
  • Create customized proposals tailored to each homeowner’s vision and budget.
  • Follow up on leads, answer questions, and close sales with professionalism.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive referrals and repeat business.
  • Work closely with the project management team to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Keep detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions using our CRM.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven success in in-home sales, preferably within the home improvement industry.
  • Solid understanding of exterior renovation solutions (siding, roofing, windows, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across diverse audiences.
  • Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset and a strong work ethic.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to travel locally for in-home consultations.
